"The hotel is well located with lots of shops, a couple of restaurants/cafes along the main street. It's also a 5 to 10 mins taxi ride to Kuta. We booked a one bedroom villa but was given a two bedroom as they only had 3 one bedroom villas. Therefore, we got to enjoy a bigger private pool within our own villa! However, the room facilities within the villa are aging! The TV was, I think, 20' and the channels very limited. Not even offering the basic HBO or equivalent. The only Chinese channel kept having disruption and we ended up with no programme to watch. The mattress is sinking in at the centre and linen were yellowish. Room service menu was slightly pricy given the small quantity. Bathroom was big but amenities were old. The towels smells and looks more like rags, except the pool towels. The good thing is they still have staffs with excellent service and always smiling. Too pricy for such a standard but well, it's Seminyak. "
