"Although we booked a studio apartment, the room is very well equipped. They have a small kitchenette area with complete crockery,pots and pans. They have a balcony as well. Good service at the reception and concierge. Great breakfast spread. "

"the rooms are rather small, the size could be improved if the kitchenette is removed. The kitchenette serves little purpose as heating of food is not recomended as there is no air vent or suction.It is very cramped in the toilet where the toilet seat is located. I wish we could have got adjoinig roooms as requested when I booked 2 rooms or alternativly rooms next to each other."

"I stay 3 days for a holiday.Unfortunately outside room(5th floor) there were BIG air Ducts and some air-conditioner outdoor units.So at night they made some growl of the low tones,enough to disturb my sleep.Next morning I asked to change the room, but they said no room available because of weekend. And I request non-smoking room when I book.But I could not get a room which I request, yes it was a request. But I knew some other guests stay at non-smoking floor's rooms. Bellow this hotel, there is a mall,a super market..but very local one, nothing special.If you want to go another sightseeing place, must use a car or taxi. "

No way!

Comments:

i thought its a fairly good location with a mall just right below and carrefour.however the mall sells nothing much and carrefour had already been close down.there is no eatery at all late at night except for some small convenient stores. Wendy burger is located at the mall. The studio as recomanded in some forum is too small and the bathroom sucks, no bathtube and dont even have space to put your shampoo, towels seems overused. The in room massage here is worst, i request for a 3 hr spa service consist of body massage, scrub and foot massage. When the masseur came to the room, they told me i only had reserve 2 hrs.(the operator & masseur dont understand much english)so i oblige to the 2 hrs services. However after 30mins, they told us that they can make it to 3 hrs??? and we agreed too as we wanted the services initially. the masseur is not very professional. she dont even cover me any part after massaging me and left me in the cold, i have to ask for it!!! I cant withstand is, she did all 3 in 1, she put the scrub and massage me at the same time which is so ridiculous!and my calf is very painful after it.and she even ask me to give her more tip.*fainted* i already gave her 50k which is half of the body massage fees, and she still asking for more which i think she is too much! and the other masseur even ask for an extra pkt of cigarette from my finance. the breadfast sucks too..not much variety!and taste yuaky... Food in room service is too salty just like munching salt but thats the only food available late at night at that area unless you bring your own instant noodles. but i do admit the guys at the reception and bell services are very friendly still the overall fails my standard as a 4 star hotel.
