"The service is impeccable and it started even before i arrived. I had difficulties in receiving confirmation from asiarooms.com so I called the hotel directly to enquire my booking. The reservation personel - YUDI - was extremely helpful and helped to ease my anxiety over the booking. The staff are very polite. Breakfast was good but the beefburger i ordered through room service was soggy. Overall i would stay in holiday inn bandung again."
"We stayed three nights at the Holiday Inn Bandung because of the location and the pool facility for our daughter of eight. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was good. But we were disappointed with the overall condition of the hotel. We will not stay here again."
