Rooms was clean and adequately sized except there were some slight musty smell along the lift lobby when we checked in during the night time. The next morning, the smell was gone. Location is considered quite central though you will need to take a short cab ride to the shopping areas. The bell service is ever willing to call the cab for you whenever you want to travel out.

"Hotel was well maintained and clean. Employees were friendly but service was just so so. No toohbrush was provided. Toiler paper roll was only given one unit. So, very fast to be used up. We called to ask for additional toiler paper. But, never delivered. The spa was quite good. People were professional. We waited at least 15 minutes for taxi each time we needed to go out from the hotel."

"We enjoyed the stay very much. The only complaints I had was the bed was way too hard and the room lighting was very dim. Staff members were exceptionally friendly and courteous. The food was great! We will stay again."

"Location wise this hotel is a bit far from factory outlets and other shopping areas. However the room we stayed in was spacious, very clean, modern deco and with good facilities. Hotel staff at all departments right from the main entrance to the reception, to house keeping and cleaners were very friendly. Food at the restaurant was also good. Overall we enjoyed staying at Novotel Bandung. Thanks"

"hotel location is quite good.near to dago area,ciwalk n pasar baru.hotel is new and clean and breafast selection good.hotel staff professional and friendly.as i was travelling with family we were happy with hotel.only suggestion i would make is when guest request taxi only allow taxis that uses meter only to pickup hotel guest for example bluebird taxis because they have good reputation,other taxis pretend to use meters for example from hotel to jln riau(dago area) short distance by using meter only 10 to 15 thousand rupiah but when arrive at destination demanded 30000 rupiah instead.bad for tourism.i don't mind paying 10,000 rupiah using meter and give tip 5000 rupiah rather than extorted in this manner.otherwise i would recommed hotel highly"
