| "I would definitely give Nirwana Resort Hotel a full 5 out of 5! The service is fantastic - All the staff were very professional and extremely friendly... Making me feel very warm during my stay there... On top of that, the rooms were very big, and the bed was really comfortable... As for the surrounding environment within the hotel, it's very serene and extremely nice place for a getaway for families, couples, etc.
If I must list one thing I don't really like about the hotel would be the breakfast in the Coffee Shop in the first level... There weren't much variety available... Other than that, everything's perfect, and I highly recommend it! :)

| "It was perfect place to stay with your family or lovers.
Not far from ferry terminal and they give us free transportation.
Beautiful beach, clean room and very kind assistants.. all of the matters are very satisfied.
Breakfast was quite nice too.
I truly recommend to my friend to visit Bintan and stay Nirwana resort." |

| "Very nice swimming pools and beach. If you like to snorkel, there is large area of sea weeds, coral and fishes just about 50m away from the beach. I don't think it's worth joining the tour to go out to the other island. Overall, this is a good resort to enjoy your holiday. Very quite and relax even in the peak season of summer. But the drainage of the bath tub was really bad. We had to stand in a half-filled bath tub when taking a shower. It took about 30 min for the water to drain before the next could take a shower. " |

| "The room was clean and spacious, however the view we had was of a small road. In the end we left the blinds closed all the time. TV had cable so it was fairly entertaining. There is complimentary bottled water each day. Other amenities in room include fridge, but our room had no safe. The pool was very nice! There are a couple of jacuzzi pools to relax in, the infinity pool had a wonderful view by the beach. Larger grps can play water polo or beach volleyball. We spent a day lounging at the pool and beach. Foodwise the hotel has korean restaurant, buffet and coffeehouse. We tried the korean bbq, which was rather disappointing-Quite pricey and did not taste very good. I would not recommend it. Food at Kelong was very fresh, but not cheap. Coffeehouse food was not fantastic too, we had pizza and chicken wings for lunch both of which were not up to standard. However, breakfast buffet each morning was great, with a wide variety to choose from- pancakes, scambled eggs, porridge, western fare... Overall, i quite enjoyed my 3D2N stay at Nirwana and would recommend others to try it too." |

| "Nirwana Resort offers good services, the rooms are clean and spacious and the resort has really good ambience. Its a good place for relaxation and time out from my busy and stressful work schedules. " |

| "Allow to check in early 12pm and check out late 1pm at no extra charges! Fantastic! $6 trip to and fro to Pasar Ole Ole where you can find the cheapest yet quality meals. Internet usage should be charged at an affordable rate as it is too pricey. Overall, what an enjoyable getaway!" |
