| "Superb hotel and service - though rooms facing the cafe can get pretty noisy very early. Only 2 internet stations, one of which was down - though not really a problem as few users.
Buffet meals not really value for money and quality of food at cafe was quite low - a shame as competition is BT is fierce and getting a cheap, great feed is too easy. Cafe was empty most of the day (except for the complementary bfast." |

| "Not a perfect hotel and refurbishment certainly needed here and there. However, there is a lovely atmosphere, great location and wonderful views, particularly from the bar. Friendly staff too. The outside restaurant is delightful and I enjoyed the food I ordered. Overall, well worth a visit and an excellent base for exploring the area. Bukittinggi itself is one of the friendliest towns I have ever visited and is great for 'a days wandering'!" |

Noise from the Bar downstairs can be heard by the guests from their room. Otherwise, pretty comfortable with my stay there.

| "Overall, it's a great hotel with friendly staff. They even opened up their restaurant early for breakfast on my depature day. The room was nice and clean. You may want to choose the rooms that face the Sianok canyon. It located in the middle of the city." |
