| "Convenient as there is a shopping mall next to the hotel. Good for single traveler who can just grab a meal by himself at the many food outlet in the mall. Service and security are reasonably good." |

| "The Ciputra is about a 40 minute taxi ride from airport and as usual, the metered fare is half of what the airport booths quote.
The hotel sits above a large shopping mall, although this open at 10am and closes around 9pm. There is direct access from the hotel to the mall, and there are a few food shops outside the mall if you dont fancy the hotels buffet breakfast.
I arrived at midnight and although I walked around the perimeter of the hotel, I could find nothing open, so had to raid the mini-bar.
The room was spacious, and clean, although the bath & shower were a little "jaded". The bed was comfortable and the TV had a good selection of channels.
In the morning, the buffet breakfast was of an excellent quality and choice. The swimming pool looked clean and inviting, although I did not use it personally.
I paid around UK£38 for the room, and was pleased with this - the hotel is situated between the airport and the city, so makes for a good choice for a nights stopover, however if you wanted a base for exploring the city, then I believe its too far out. It certainly is a good choice for buiness travellers." |

| "My biggest complaint about this hotel is the internet. Whether you want to surf the net by WiFi in the lobby, or in the comfort of your room, they charge $5+ per hour anywhere in the hotel. But if you go downstairs and out into the mall to Starbucks, they have free Wifi.
The overall hotel is pretty decent. Great gym facility. Pool is nice, although there never is any sun on that side of the build so don't count on tanning there. Room size is your average hotel room in the states. Nothing fancy, a little older but not rundown at all. Bathroom was okay. Tub is a little narrow. But for $70/night what do you expect. Again, it's a decent place to stay for the money. Hotel is anywhere between a 25-40 min. ride from the airport depending on the traffic. You can easily catch a ride to this hotel from the airport for 125K Rupiah (about $13). They will try to rape you by charging over 200K if you don't know any better. Being attached to the mall is very convenient as you can go catch a movie, shoot pool, there's a Gold's Gym, a grocery store and a plethora of places to eat." |

| "Location is perfect for a night stay over if you cannot get a connecting flight.
Close to a mall and as close as possible to the airport so inimising jams.
Unfortunately the fridge did not work in our room, but the service and friendliness of the staff is very good. " |

| "The hotel need to replace and clean some of their very tired fittings. The room smells a bit of smoking even we asked for a non-smoking room. Good location, smooth taxi ride to the airport unlike the rest of Jakarta." |

| "I chose Ciputra because of it´s location, close to the Airport. Arrived late in the evening and checked out in the morning. I´m pleased with everything - the service (reception, getting a taxi etc) , the room and the breakfast. " |

| "From the pick-up at the airport to the return, it was a very pleasant stay for 5 days. Check-in was effortless and the room was excellent. Anything you want is either in this hotel or beneath it in the (very large) mall. You can get trip/tour information from the concierge and you need to make the call, but that is easy.
If there is a drawback, it was that the pool was on the morning side of the hotel. This is good for if you want to relax in the afternoon with much light and heat but no direct sun. I tanned in the morning.
I had three personal guides over the 5 days and none were a problem with the hotel. " |
