"Very prompt and good service experience. The customer service at the taxi-calling area is very good. Very personalable. The hotel room is spacious, have all the amenities that we need. Security at the hotel is tight, so that's very good for a solo business traveller. The only downside are: 1. mosquito on my 2nd night of stay but that may be a one off case. 2. lighting is too dim as I can't catch the mosquito. 3. the peephole of the hotel is too high considering that Asians are not very tall. Overall, a good and cosy stay at a reasonable price. "

"Excellent makeover from the time I was here 3 years back. Excellent all around improvement, don't change anything - it is perfect. "

"My stay has been wonderful. Services were great from the day I arrived to the day I left. Location is good. Near to major shopping centers (within minutes using taxi). The only complain I have is the traffic."

"Fantastic place to stay, very friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is there was no bar to have a drink."

"I've stayed in Grand Melia Hotel for 4 days. So far the hotel is nice with a very big lobby. The room is clean & tidy. All rooms provide in-room highspeed internet. There is a restaurant nearby called: Marche. It's within hotel area but u have to walk for around 3 mins. Nice food~ Location, not really convenient but you have to take taxi wherever you want to go (may be it's normal in Jakarta!) High security to protect everyone who enter hotel. The bad thing is, within the period i stayed in Grand Melia, staff always came up and rang your bell about re-filling snack bars, checking carpret.... It's a bit annoying until you press the 'Do not disturb' button in your room. Generally it's worth to stay."
