| "It is an average hotel, the lobby is beautiful which gives wrong perception of the hotel room which to me is just okay. The bathroom is moldy and the toilet seat is stained and the seats cushions smelled. I had a bad encounter when paying the bill because I was charged for 3 hours of local telephone cost when it never happened, even though after negotiation I got it down to a reasonable price, but what if I did not read the bill properly, I would have been charged excessively. The location of the hotel is quite strategic close to shops & restaurants. If the hotel room and furnitures were to be refurbished then it would be a good place to stay while in Jakarta." |

| "beautiful hotel, very clean and elegant. The room was very nice and friendly staff. I would highly recommend it!
Walking around the hotel proved to be somewhat difficult - very hectic, broken bricks on the road etc but if I needed help, people were there to assist me.....
Nice hotel! Luxurious and nice view from window." |

| "In the center, need to take the taxi (and to deal with the trafic jam!) to go to places, imposible to walk around. Internet is expensive and not working properly. The breakfast is not very nice, and the restaurant too.
The room service serves Sharks'fins soup which is vile and shameful!!!!" |

| "This hotel is great for those who prefer to stay in a not so busy location. Food for breakfast are luxury except pork are also served in the hotel. (Pork are sensitive (non-halal)to the muslims." |

| "Service was great. Picked up from the airport and greeted well at hotel. Staff spoke great english and very helpful. Room was great. I arrived at night on a Sunday and took 40 mins from the airport, left early Monday and only 20 mins to airport. Food was good. Hotel has facillities like a pool, bar and restaurant. In the middle of the city." |

| "Good quality for a reasonable price. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast is varied. You'll need the abundance of cabs outside to get out to somewhere. A recommendation if your budget for luxury is limited. " |

| "The hotel was quite ok, just don't expect anything spectacular. Its location is fairly poor. While on the edge of Kota walking around the hotel invites some none-too-complimentary stares particularly for caucasian females. Like all of jakarta, the area is absolutely overrun by traffic and not too pedestrian-friendly as a result. Fortunately the taxis are very cheap and plentiful. In terms of value for money the hotel was pretty good. The rooms were comfortably large, clean and well maintained. The pool and gym were small but quite reasonable. The staff were courteous, friendly and prompt. Overall, it is a reasonably good hotel if you wish to be in North Jakarta and dont mind the surrounds." |
