"Milleinnium Sirih in Jakarta is well positioned at Tanah Abang market, hence those travellers who have the need for cheap garments in large quantity will find this hotel suitable."

"Overall this hotel is a good place to stay, very convinient, clean and friendly. The food is not that bad although its not much variety. I think the hotel should provide maps, information about the interesting place to visit, travel agent to contact so that the tourist who come to Jakarta without prior planing can easily get access to this information easily. Last but not least i feel quite satiesfied staying in this hotel and keep up the good service. "

"The hotel is good value for money. Wonderful, helpfull and attentive staff. The bathroom had very dirty walls and needed paint. The big problem iwth this hotel is location. You cannot walk anywhere."

"This is the first time I and my husband stay at the Millennium hotel. Checking in is hassle free and fast.We were given a deluxe room at twelve floor. The room is spacious with big windows from floor to ceiling. The view is nice overlooking the city and flyover.The bed is big and comfortable with four pillows. The bathroom is clean, organize and well kept with marble floors.It is centrally located near Tanah Abang Market and Sabang eateries and shopping centres, within five minutes using bajai motor and cost Rp5000. The housekeeping staff is very friendly, helpful, always smiling and courteous. We are busy shopping and we forget to extend for the second night, when we came back to our room it is locked with all our things inside. I call the reception on my hand-phone for help but they ask us to go down and increase the deposit first, we are so tired but we have no choice but to go down and meet them. We settle everything and extend for two more nights, but the second nights when we return again we are locked outside our room again. When I called the reception,they said the keycard was spoilt because of my hand-phone radiation, I was tired and furios. Again they ask us to go down eventhough. I request them to send somebody up to help. My patience husband went down to meet them and so we think its settle but the third night its happen again, this time I was really angry, I called them and told them that I would complain to the duty manager and they send sombody up. The guy give reasons and told us the keycard is spoilt and give us a new one. Why don't they rectify the problem and changed it in the first place and do it after the third nights? Giving us all the problems and unhapiness and shame being locked out of our room. Is this the service they practice and it ought to changed. We endure even the buffet breakfast menu is the same every morning with average taste and the reception not smiling and disorganize when busy. Sad but true."
