| "Wonderful hotel to stay for business and entertainment. From airport to hotel transportation is more convienent with slightly lesser traffic then compares to heading towards hyatt or saripan area. Services level is indeed well above average. And the night entertainment is good.

| "We found the hotel lobby on arrival quite grand but the receptionist was not very welcoming. The body language suggested that she was not particularly keen to see our voucher. She did explain courteously that they did not have coupons and assured that breakfast was included. We found the room really spacious and nicely decorated. The service however did not meet our expectations being Mulia Signature guests. The fruit platter which was promised never arrived. Housekeeping took ages to answer calls and when it was the operator who responded. We were told that the Housekeeping number was no longer in use but this was never indicated in the directory thereby causing inconveniences. On the morning we checked out we realised that there was only one hand towel. We were concerned that we could be blamed for this and charged for it after we left. We had to clarify this with housekeeping before we left the room causing another inconvenience.
Checking out was most inconvenient. Despite being told that breakfast was included during checked-in the receptionist said only one breakfast was included and charged us extra for the other, giving dubious excuses. Although the buffet was good in their spread the staff were struggling coping even when there was no crowd as guests always found their table not fully laid.
In conclusion we believe that all guests would find the rooms spacious and comfortable but as for us the hotel still has many shortcomings in providing hassle free stay as most people are accusomed to when they stay with 5 star hotels anywhere in the world.

| "A good hotel, especially for business types. Short taxi ride away from some very good shopping. Arrival and leaving the hotel was a slight minus - the porters already seemed to be elsewhere and getting a taxi was a haphazard affair. " |
