| "I was very happy with the hotel.
The apartment provided was clean and spacious (2 bedroom) with comfortable lounge and adequate kitchen.
The principle desk staff were very helpful in providing information about the places I wished to see and easily obtaining meter taxis for me.
The floor staff were adequate and the room tidied up.
The security staff were thorough without being invasive.
The rooftop pool and surrounding furniture was superb for me, fresh air pools are far superior to enclosed pools).
The only disappointment was that the hotel does NOT in fact have a restaurant (it has been closed for some time now). It has a coffee lounge.
This is a pity BUT some simple shopping and easy access to other eating places made this not so important.
Its location in the Golden Triangle is real and very convenient, being very near the Sudirman Road (main thoroughfare and access in Central Jakarta). This minimises the cost and time of most meter taxi trips.
As a result I believe both your booking service and the hotel apartment were very good value for money.
Neither you nor the Kuningan are 5 star, but then again neither am I. We are all 4 star - and thats good enough and better than most. Hahahaha
I am happy to tell you that I most certainly will use your services from now on while travelling in asia to places I am not familiar, and the Kuningan on future trips to Jakarta.

| "We stayed there in 2006 for about 3 days and 2 nights, during our stay, we found the aprt to be a convenient one, since it is situated within the CBD (3-in-1) area of Sudirman and Kuningan, so it is near to all my appointments and shopping for the wife. The hotel itself has less facilities than a normal hotel but this is expected of an apartment living, anyway basic facilities are all there, security, restaurant, laundry, business centre, room service, and above all convenient location. Very suitable for families as they also have light cooking facilities in the pantry.
