"Now adays the most basic service in a room is a Free Broad band connection. It was available, but with a wireless card you purchase from the Business center, with limited hours. which was most inconvenient. Sultan hotel should provide this service FREE all the time . The staff was very friendly and cooprative. Room service was fast and of highest standard. The buffet breakfast was superb with a wide range of hot dishes...."

"Great hotel. room is clean breakfast is great."

"All the facilities look worn-out. Definitely it needs a major refurbishment, but anyway, the room was clean and had necessary amenities for a business trip person. The reception has moved to backside of the building but taxi wait at the front (main) entrance, so it's quite inconvient and not easy for a first-time comer to find a taxi, maybe. Other than that, breakfast was good, variety of foods and no problem at checking-in and out. I guess you just cannot expect a four or five-star hotel services, like taking care of your luggage, attentive services at a restuarant and so on, but if you don't care much about it, I think it is not that bad considering the price."

"This is a great Hotel...greatly under rated...dont judge by name. A huge facility with very large rooms and friendly service all the way through"

"in the past this hotel was world class Hilton, but since it has been transferred to local management, overall service level has been slightly down. for example there was nothing in the minibar. however considering the rate level or compared with other similar class hotels, total value is no so bad. "

"I was disappointed that the toilet in my Deluxe room was dirty."
