| "This is a good budget priced place to stay. I would not recommend it to someone looking for a luxury get-away but anybody looking to see Bromo has to be somewhat of an adventurer anyway. The rooms are large and basically clean although they seem rather well worn. Plenty of hot water for the shower. No heat in the rooms and it could feel chilly to someone not used to the cooler temps or if you are not a thick skinned Minnesotan like myself just coming out of a 6 month winter. There are two rooms in each cottage side by side sharing a common room with a TV. It is cozy for a family or friends but could be annoying if you do not know your neighbors. A good place for a night or two to explore the incredible region in and around Mount Bromo. " |

| "Big disapointment ...
This hotel would need a serious refreshment ...
It is old, the rooms are dirty, the bathroom looks like in the sixties ...
And the people of the hotel are not very friendly ...
Trap for tourists ..." |

| "The location is splendid and they arranged well the transport to Bromo and then the good things are said. The rooms are badly maintained. Cleaning people prefer to watch television at the customers room rather than cleaning. The food is rather expensive and the quality is not in relation to the price.
Roomprices are low, but the rooms are dirty, sheets are humid, rooms smell badly humid. I realise that the climate makes it difficult to maintain this hotel well, but they can do a lot better than they do.
It is a pity with that good location
