| "It is a quiet and relaxing place. Good location, near to airport. Staff are friendly but probably lack of experience, e.g. my friend and I asked for oliver oil to dress our green salad, but the restaurant staff kept sending us sth. else. Overall, good value for money. " |

| "Resort is quite and great getaway from the city life. Able to interact with the locals in a non-touristy way. Seems you are part with the area and not like a tourist. Good location, excellent service and beautifully maintained ground throughout the resort. Beach is right in front and watching the Sunset across the Lombok Straits to Mount Agung in Bali...Priceless.
Definitely to stay at the resort in the future." |

| "I was awaken in the morning twice: once by staff asking for dirty laundry, another time a mistake by the staff, knocking on the wrong room. During your vacations it is a bum to be disturbed in such a way." |

| "There was a big bug in bathroom. I killed it and cover with the toilet paper. The next day the toilet paper gone but the bug still there. The cleaning crew did not do a good job in cleaning.
The breasfast is OK. DO NOT EAT LUNCH OR DINNER AT THE HOTEL. THE FOOD TASTED NO GOOD. WE TRIED TO EAT THERE ON THE LAST DAY, WE COULD EVEN FINISH THE FOOD.
The beach is a black sand. So if you want to enjoy the ocean the do not stay at this hotel.
I WOULD NOT COME BACK TO HIS HOTEL." |
