| "Staffs were great but location and facilities not exactly up to my expectation. The hotel compound & pool are pretty small." |

| "Service is excellent and staff is extremely helpful and professional. While facilities may be limited for families with kids (no kid pool or playground), the place is very well maintained and charming. Food is very good as well." |

| "Very stylish boutique hotel, 5 mins away from the main resort Sengiggi. Lovely rooms & stylish outdoor bathrooms, very comfortable. Small pool overlooking sea. Nice restaurant with good food, including excellent breakfasts. Staff all very friendly. Would recommend particularly for couples." |

| "Love the small cosy settings.
I got the upper storey, which did not have a open-air shower (which is fine with me, i am not a big fan of bugs/insects). the upper storey has a beautiful balcony to chill out at.
service was good, except for the morning breakfast which i had requested to be served in the room. the breakfast never came. they had missed out my request, as well as my friend's room request.
otherwise, the hotel is a lovely place. " |

| "We loved the Qunci Villas. The level of service is fantastic, the grounds are kept pristine and the rooms are tastefully decorated, spacious and were perfect for a couple who want to relax in peaceful and sophisticated surroundings. The staff are well trained and extremely friendly and helpful. The beach immediately in front of the hotel is clean and quiet with a handful of local beach sellers which can be avoided by staying round the pool (2 metres from the beach!).
I have to say that the restaurant was excellent and for the standard of food served the prices were incredibly reasonable. I would chose this hotel 100% over those in the town of Sengiggi - it is around 12,000 RP in a taxi to get to town if you want from the villas.
Overall I have to say that this was one of the best small boutique hotels I have stayed at in Asia for the price and would definately recommend a few nights there for some quality rest and relaxation time. The downstairs rooms have the outside bathrooms which we loved but if you don't like the odd Gecko or spider choose an upstairs room with an inside bathroom.
Just a note of warning to first time visitors to Lombok - avoid the ferry at all costs - fly or take the fast boat via the Gilis. We made the mistake of taking the ferry which took 5.5hrs and was little better than a cargo boat! " |

| "The location is a little bit poor because you need a taxi to go to Senggigi. The hotel lays right on the ocean so that's perfect. There's no television, mini-bar and safe in the room and also no tea- and coffee facilities. We could'nt make phone-calls from our room
( only by reception ) and we didn't like the open roof in the bathroom because of the musquito's and if the balcony door was open there was a lot of wind. The staff was very friendly and it's certainly value for money. But we left after 3 days already because it was to quit there for us." |

| "We really enjoyed our stay there 24-29 Jan 08.
Resort - The resort is absolutely beautiful.
Service - wonderful service. But try to book your tours in the agencies in Sengiggi. Much cheaper. We paid 200,000 rupiah for a 5 hour tour to Lingsar temple, Narmada and Mataram (for 2 pax, pick up from hotel, no meals included)
Room - The rooms are clean. Had room 15 first but there was a plumbing problem so we changed to room 16. The ground floor showers are really great because they are open air. Upper floor showers have limited ventilation.
Location - there is nothing around the area but nearest town Sengiggi is only 10 minutes and a 10,000 rupiah taxi ride away. The beach is nice but there are beach vendors that will 'attack' you with 'you want to buy rolex/necklace/sarong?' within 5 minutes.
Food - Sengiggi is your best bet. Hotel food is quite pricey. The hotel next door is relatively cheaper but the wait is long.
