We stayed in this hotel in July 2006.
The room was good, but unfortunately near the villas that were under renovation (noisy during the day and sometimes in the late evening - if you go there ask for a room far away from works!)
Nice beach and very quite (security does not allow sellers to come in), nice swimming pool area, good playground for children.
Restaurants with good selection of international and local food, quality is really good.
We did not try the Spa - nice location near the beach, but costly (not if you come from Europe!)
Personnel was really friendly and kind. Response to our questions/needs was prompt. To be recommended.

| "We stayed 4 nights at Sheraton Senggigi and very much enjoyed the place !The swimming pool is really nice, so is the beach.
Touts do not come on the beach, so you can relax in peace which I think is generally not the case on Lombok.
Rooms are OK and the staff is nice.
Food is expensive and not worth the money, but there are a few nice - and much cheaper restaurants - just next to the sheraton." |

| "The place was disappointing for the price we paid. Most of the staff were snobbish & unfriendly. The room was in poor condition; the pillows stink & the tv cabinet & chair were broken. We had to ask for new pillows. The pool was the only good thing about the resort; huge & clean with fantastic sea view. " |

| "A very pleaseant hotel with nice rooms, a great setting, nice beach and a fantastic swimming pool (this was the hotels best feature). The restaraunts were very nice too, although we found better value in the town, we had a few nice meals at the hotel.
The rooms were fine but nothing special, although many of the rooms were being renovated while we were there, so I'd expect the quality to improve. The gym was in need of a renovation too, so I hope they do this soon.
I would definitely have no problem going back there!" |
