Absolutely!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive. Attractive setting/atmosphere. Also, this wasn't on the description, but there is a brand new *swimming pool* there now. Great for relaxing while close to everything. I had a great time in Manado staying at Hotel Minahasa. I will definitely be back.
