I can't think of anything to complain about with this hotel. It's probably the nicest hotel in Medan, with good service, nice rooms, and (this is important to tall people who spend a lot of time in hotels) the tallest showerheads in Asia.
If street noise bothers you, stay away from the corner rooms closest to the intersection in front of the hotel. They get a lot of noise from traffic.
