The hotel is simply superb in terms of location, atmosphere, services and food. Though not located in the middle of the city centre, taxis are easily available. Complimentary breakfast was a delight as there was a great variety to choose from. Free hotel transport to the airport and to the nearby golf course was an added bonus. And to top it all, my wife had a fabulous time rejunevating herself at the spa which was a real value for money.

| "I stayed in a the Deluxe room 22/01/08-26/01/08. They provide Airport-transfer, but you should to call them 1 day in advance to arrange.
The hotel staffs were friendly and considerate. I checked-in with my 61-year-old aunt. They swapped the room to the ground floor upon seeing her. As the lift had broken down, they didn't want her to walk up and down to the dining area. Unfortunately the room smelled badly of cigarette, so we had to change back to the one upstairs.
Pros:
01. Room was huge and cosy, bed for 1 person is bigger than super single (not Queen yet).
02. Scenic surrounding. I delibrately went to city centre to see the other very popular hotel for a comparison, came back feeling very staisfied.
03. Wi-Fi (not cheap though).
Cons:
01. Bathroom, although big and reasonably clean, it was a bit crappy, the cloth line in the 1st room missing, door lock for the 2nd broken.
02. Location a bit off, need to take taxi everytime you go to city. Can take Hotel's Airport-transfer vehicle (FOC) if it is around, but many times it was not.
03. Only one restaurant since I don't go to the bar. Btw, share your food, they came in big portions.
Overall it was a very pleasant stay." |

| "The resort is sprawling and pretty. Location is off. The Ikan Bakar is nice. Value for money for the accomodation but think the spa prices a little bit off." |
