| "Solo people are known for their friendliness and the hotel staffs went beyond their way to help us when the room safety deposit box door go stuck. The hotel is simple and yet elegant. Location is central to all the tourist attraction. We would stay there again without a doubt." |

| "I have a greate stay at Novotel for 3 night, the font desk services is excellence, the room is big but air conditional is just too cool even adjusted,location is very much convenience and accessible, near to airport and good for those want to catch early flight, taxi can be get at any moment." |
