| "good location (few shopping mall surrounding the hotel by walking distance), price is very reasonable (3 star hotel below RM150.. cheap!!).. But need to improve on: breakfirst variety (less choose & food not hot). Mosquito attack expecially at the restaurent. Air-cond not cold & water heater not working well... overall still OK!!" |

| "Staff were friendly and helpful as far as their English would allow (which for some was not great.
As with many hotels in this part of the world, the room was very 'tired' - the room obviously hadn't been decorated or furniture replaced since it was built. Cockroach in the room - persoannyl these don't bother me - I've lived in SE ASia long enough to know they can get anywhere, but on the 6th floor of an 'international hotel' I found was a bit much.
Breakfast was OK but very much targetted to local tastes.
