| "Registration was smooth and was given room on the highest floor. It was all great until the next day when we returned to hotel and our rooms were locked out. We went downstairs to inquire and was told that we need to change room without reasons given. After changing rooms, the problem began cos all our incoming calls were not diverted, and our vendors were not notified of the change of rooms and the receptionist refused to transfer calls to us. They asked the callers to call our cellular phone. Unfortunately we do not hv cellular phones with us. So we missed our appointments. We hv no idea why they change our rooms and we hv a feeling that the staff were not well trained. It has caused more inconvenience than convenience staying in this hotel. The rate is not bad, but with such an experience, we doubt we will be staying at this hotel again unless we hv no choice. " |

| "I would like to highlight that i take fired rice at the hotel and it ended up with more than 5 strand of very long hair inside the rice to my friends horror. Cleanliness is still a very important factor especially the food " |
