| "Weta Hotel is a convenient place to stay for those who are budget travellers and bussiness people. My stay at the hotel is quite pleasant and the staff very helpful. But I wish the supervisors at the hotel can pay more attention to the facilities at the room for example, the kettle and the shower doesn't work. Otherwise, I don't have a lot to complain about the hotel, being in the city centre, is at a convenient location to shopping malls. Right beside the hotel is a Nasi Padang Restaurant, which makes it very convenient for hotel guests to eat, besides food served at the hotel. I find the Mirota Supermart a good place to shop for those who wish to bring back gifts for your family and friends. I'll most probably sign up again at the hotel the next time I go to Surabaya because I have got to know the friendly taxi drivers there." |

| "To expencive for what it is.
Rooms are poor equiped, the water had no presure and the cleaning is not done. The cleaning kick you out of the bed at 9am and breakfast is very poor, if you go early than you have some choice, at 9:30 you only have left overs and the eggs were cold.

| " Definitively I don't recommend this hotel which is not certainly worth the 3 stars, rooms are old and poorly equipped as the bathroom with an unpleasant smell, the staff is not very pleasant asking in more a deposit; very bad value for the money ! Only the lobby is attractive ...... really to use only in repair!" |
