| "This beautiful hotel exceeded our expectations. Great facilities, such as a huge pool with a slide (great for kids), a nice garden adjacent to a beautiful golf course, a small kids club, a nice terrace (breakfast!). Staff is friendly and professional. Location is OK and the city centre is within easy reach (many taxis available). Room is quite large and within reasonable condition (a bit old, but well maintained). " |

| "THIS HOTEL IS VERY BEAUTIFUL BUT QUITE FAR FROM THE CENTER OF THE CITY. THE CLUB LOUNGE IS THE POOREST WE HAVE EVER SEEN IN HYATT HOTELS. THIS HOTEL IS OK FOR FEW DAY OF RELAXING OR FOR GOLF." |

| "Set in lush tropical gardens amidst a golf course with many architectural and landscape references to the area's iconic world heritage site of Borobudur, this hotel is a rarity in giving value for money, provided u don't intend to spend entire time holed up in the room. The gorgeous grounds and recreational pools beckon, and the spa (not bad but could have done better with a fully equipped gym) as well as the food & beverage outlets aren't bad at all. We appreciated its location, that it was away from the hurly-burlys of town, and the free shuttle to town when we wanted to avail ourselves to urban activities like shopping and sightseeing. Like almost every review I'd read before arrival, the most annoying aspect here are the rooms, and bathrooms, which are smallish and not very well lit. Otherwise the hotel gives value for money and the desire to return is already a given. " |

| "The hotel was great in general. The staff was very helpful and service was good.
One of the things that bothered me was the rentokil roomsprays in the lounge and hall ways, to smelly and toxic. The disco/night club made music every night which was sounding over the whole hotel compound. That was not agreeing with the silent and calm style of this 5 star hotel. I felt it not fitting.
The location is superb a little out of the city with very nice grounds and nature....
So in general a good hotel for its price. It is a cheap Hyatt thats for sure." |

| "As I experienced both Hyatt and Grand Mercure in Yogjakarta. Hyatt is more recommened if you can afford and pay little more eventhough the location is out of town. Service, Facilities and the profesionality of staff at Hyatt are something Grand Mercure can not offer.
