| "The overall stay is good. The hotel is well located, clean and well maintained. The room is clean. The staff are friendly. The negative part about this hotel is the food. The Saturday night BBQ Seafood buffet was a bad choice. Limited choice of seafood and tasteless meals. Not value for money.
The daily breakfast offers a decent choice of selection. The first day congee was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately the standard deterioated on the following day. " |

| "Excellent staff, room and restaurants. Great service. Major draw back is the inability to get a strong WiFi signal from my room. I had to take my laptop to the elevator lobby to get a stable connection—which is a lousy place for video conferencing or doing e-mail. I will stay at another facility if possible next time since the internet is vital to my work. Would like to stay here again, but I have to have internet from my room." |

| "This hotel is of a very high standard without being a high price. The choice of food and the standard of the food was excellent. The rooms and along with the hotel are very clean and well maintained.
The staff were very friendly and spoke good English.
The hotel has a nice freindly feeling about it and I highly recommend this hotel" |

| "Nice hotel far enough away from the hustle and bustle of city but close enough for services like shopping centres, media outlets, fast food etc.This hotel saved my life,as was staying in average hotel and the noise of the street at nite was driving me crazy.The hotel has excellent pool, gym and restaurants,though food and drink can be a little $$$.Less than 5 mintues walk from the hotel to the left is a major shopping centre, and 5-10 minutes to the right is Mcdonalds etc..Directly out the front there is local street food.The hotel staff were very polite and professional,though some of the guests(from asian powerbase) were quite rude and in your face in lifts, pools etc. Other than that, loved my 6nites at Novotel and cant wait to go back." |

| "Overall place was well kept and security was good.
Had a pleasant stay with the hotel as the staff was well mannered and helpful to your needs.
Book a car and guide cum driver from the hotel and was surprised with the good treatment from the guide cum driver.
Nearest shopping mall is within 2 minutes walk, definite a welcome to those who need to look alternative food. Another new larger mall, Ambarusukmo just opened, is within 10-15 minutes via taxi on the same stretch of road.
I personally would recommend to my friends and family to stay there." |

| "The room and bathroom are very clean. The room is well furnished although it's a little bit small. One little complaint for a staff in the receptionist who appears to be not so helpful but the others are ok. I'll be back to this hotel when visiting yogyakarta again!" |

| "My husband & I spent a good time of staying at Novotel Hotel and we have surprised honeymoon cake :-)
The hotel staff very helpful and polite. The rooms clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very good!!!
