We had a very pleasant stay at Puri Artha,Yokya.
However, the breakfast buffer spread was a bit limited.
But notwithstanding the above comment, we wish to mention the following staff members :-
Mr Gandhi, Ms Ana & MsYusni (Reception)
Ms Fitri, Ms Sulis, Mr Mamad & Mr Wiswan (Front Desk)
and others, unfortunately whose names I did not manage to obtain.
Their genuine helpfulness and prompt attention and response to all our every need touched our hearts.
The ever smiling faces made our stay a memorable one indeed.
To all of them 'Terima kasih'

| "I'm so satisfied with the service provided by the hotel, the staffs are welcoming ,friendly and helpful. The enviroment of the hotel is so romantic while the breakfast is very nice, a lot of choice. The location is strategic, nearby shopping mall and airport. There's only one complain about the hotel, that's the quilt not so clean cause my brother got bitten by some ticks. Hope they can upgrading the hygiene on the quilt and towel. Besides that we all so satisfied. " |
