The apartment is in the historical centre of Alghero. The apartment is centrally positioned to allow for easy access to the historical and stylish old town of Alghero and yet you are also within very easy walking distance of the sea. The position of this simple holiday apartment offers the chance to live in the centre of a very historic Italian city. The apartment has one double bedroom with an ensuite handbasin and bidet. There is a window for fresh air onto a narrow space between the houses.The living/dining room has a sofa divan suitable for 1/2 adults or 2 children to share. There is a dining table and the shower room is off this room there is a small window in this shower room. The window in the living room provides lovely natural light for the whole room. The kitchen is a separate room and has cooking rings, fridge and washing machinehe centre of Italian life with self-catering facilities or the excellent and renowned restaurants of Alghero just minutes away.
Important Information:
A deposit of the first nights stay is due within 5 days of making the booking-the balance is payable on arrival in resort as cash.
If the booking is made within 7 days of the arrival date, the full balance is due on arrival in resort again as cash.
If you have to cancel the booking before travelling, the deposit is refundable if the cancellation is outside of 36 hours of arrival.
