Location was ideal,on the river Arno very near the Ponte Vecchio. Walking distance to all the sites,restaurants,shopping ,etc.
Was upgraded to a room facing the river, perfect.Hence had a pleasant stay. will definitely stay here again.

| "We had a river facing room on the 1st floor; the view was fantastic and it wasn't noisy at all. We were very pleased with the room we got; it was huge and spacious, clean, loved the Etro bath toiletries, the bedroom slippers they provide (little touches of luxury for a very decently priced room). There's free internet access at the lobby and the breakfast spread was pretty much the best we had for our entire trip. Location's perfect too." |

| "It was refreshing to experience old style customer service quality once again. Staff appearence was quite formal but attitudes were very attentive, even to the point of anticipating needs and questions. I will definitely stay here again.

| "The taxi which brought me to the hotel from the train station brought me on a little ride and dropped me at the back of the hotel's entrance. I believe it would have been cheaper if the taxi driver dropped us at the entrance facing the river. The back entrance faces a church and is a lot more dark than the other entrance, so i would recommend you to get the taxi driver to drop you at the entrance facing the river.
It was nice that i had no problems checking in earlier when i arrived. The standard room was nice and pretty big. The toilet was pretty spacious as well. The only problem i have is that there is no room service available in this hotel. However, i must say that the breakfast was above average. It had a big spread and it was pretty tasty.
Overall, i would not mind staying in this hotel as it was in a central location, quite luxurious and value for money. A safe bet." |
