| "The afternoon staff is extremely unfriendly, this includes the staff in the restaurant. No where have I been treated like this in a (4 stars) hotel. I felt being looked down at and ignored. The room is small, there is little space to put down my backpack. The sound of the hotel kitchen echoed throughout the hallway, even passed mignight (there was a reception going on). Sound of dishes being stacked woke me up a couple of times. The temperature of the shower water is hard to adjust, it's either very hot or very cold.
The morning staff however, is polite and friendly. One of the staff even told me about a bit about the regions' history.
I had dinner in the hotel's restaurant and the food is really fabulous and not expensive. The breakfast is great for a 4 stars hotel.
If you don't mind bad service and enjoyed good food, I would recommend it, eitherwise, I suggest you find another hotel." |

| "Well out of Genova, but with good in-hotel facilities (bar, restaurant, etc). It is more of a conference and event venue, but for someone "passing through" I found it very suitable." |
