| "There is a tram stop just outside hotel, only about 10 mins into centre. A taxi is only about 10-15 euro. Nice food in restaurant although i was travelling in a group of 12 and they struggled to cope with an order of that size!" |

| "Pretty far from metro stations, but the tram stop is just outside the hotel. Hence pls take the tram instead of the metro. I took the metro and had to walk really far with my heavy luggage.
Hotel room is clean and nice but too small. There was no air-conditioning due to "non-summer" season and the window cannot be opened. This caused the room to be quite stuffy. " |

| "Nice hotel. Lobby could do with refurnishing but the rooms where very good. Breakfast was nice with a wide range of hot an cold foods to choose from. Traveling to and from the centre was NO problem! It is true that the number 19 tram runs directly infront of the hotel and takes you to the centre in 10-15mins. Holiday was great. However, we used the hotel Luggage Service on the last day because we had a late flight and the luggage handler was scarcastic and VERY rude. When I went back to get the suitcases I realised he had deliberately broken the METAL trolley pull on MY suitcase (one side was literally pulled out of the suitcase body -its metal so theres no way that would have happened under normal circumstances). The Manager on duty was very UNprofessional/did not want to DO anything about it so I had to insist that it be dealt with in the normal way(request a letter explaining what had happened so I can send them the bill). Apart from this incident it was a good stay." |
