| "The room appears rather clean and the reason cleanliness got such a bad score is because we were quite badly bitten by BED BUGS! which is shocking for me because my experience with Best Western chain of hotels elsewhere is that they are clean if anything else. The hotel stuff tried to improve the situation by changing bedsheets and spraying the bed to no avail; they didn't offer to change rooms for us. There no excuse having bed bugs in a supposedly 4-star hotel. Breakfast quality was not good either (somewhat stale) and the juices had a smell. We stuck to milk and cereals only. Only good thing really is the location which was really good and convenient with the metro just beside the hotel. " |

| "FOR A ONE NIGHT AND 2 DAY SIGHTSEEING TRIP AROUND MILAN, THE GALLES WAS MORE THAN ADEQUATE AND IS VERY WELL LOCATED NEXT TO A METRO STOP. BUT EVEN FOR A SINGLE TRAVELLER THOUGH I FOUND THE ROOM EXTREMELY SMALL INDEED AND WOULD REQUIRE MORE SPACE FOR A LONGER STAY. GENERAL CLEANLINESS AND BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD! " |

| "The hotel is very central for most sightseeing. Red line underground right outside main door. Room was small but really clean, bed was comfortable and choice of pillows. Breakfast, there was a good choice of food available to suit most people. Overall this hotel would be my choice when returning to Milan, the reception staff and hotel were excellent and we had a most enjoyable stay." |

| "this hotel is quite in the good location (piazza lima), but u have to take a underground train to go to shopping area (like via della spiga, corso venezia) duomo.. but its convenience for u coz the train station is just in front of the hotel. the room is quite spacious for 3 peoples since im travelling with my husband and my son. we enjoyed our stayed there.." |
