| "This hotel is a great antidote to the usual modern minimilist Milan style. It is "Grand" and has magnificent ceilings and all the trappings of a great Italian palazzo
It has only one serious fault. There is no respect for the environment! Towels and sheets are changed prolifically. Even the soap is renewed every day and the old one is spirited away.
But the service is excellent, and those concierges deserve a gold medal. So helpful, and so knowledgeable.
Tower Rooms not suitable for anyone who doesn't like walking a long way - but we didn't mind!
