Hotel is in an excellent location for walking around Venice,5 minutes from St Marks square but still nice and quiet at night. The room was extemely nice and well furnished and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is small but fully equipped with a good shower. The breakfast buffet was very good. Booking through Asiarooms.com made it very good value compared to the normal walkin rates.

| "The hotel was beautiful and was not far from landmarks, restaurants etc. Staff were very friendly and recommended restaurants etc for us to visit.
You must go up and down a few sets of stairs to get to the hotel so pack light!
Will be coming back soon" |

| "The Duodo Palace is very close to San Marco. If you arrive with big luggage it's a bit of a walk from the pier (check out their website for directions - there's a map)
The room was a decent size, but filled with unnecessary furniture. We would rather have had an extra suitcase stand than the armchair! The bathroom was of good size, the shower cubicle was tiny. There was a safe, and the beds were ok. The location was really the best part of this hotel. Walking distance to many sights and also lot of reasonable restaurants nearby. Our room didn't include breakfast (on arrival we were told 50euro pp!!) We had breakfast at a little cafe on Frezzeria every morning. They serve the best cappucino and sandwiches (worked out to 11euro for 2 of us!)...look out for the naughty calendars on the wall!" |

| "As a family we occupied 3 rooms for 4 nights.
All of the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean.
The hotel staff were all very courteous and helpful.
The hotel's location could not have been better. 5 minutes walk from San Marco, yet tucked away in a quiet corner amidst the narrow canals close to the Fenice Theatre.
Fantastic. I think we shall all be visiting again!" |
