We had a great stay at San Clemente Palace - the rooms were quite comfortable, and the access to the spa, pool, and shuttle service to san marco were great.

| "We had a marvelous stay. The weather has been wonderful, which is quite important at the San Clemente, because the crossings by waterboat. The hotel is great. Very good address definitely. " |

| "Perfect setting. staff very helpfull. Pool location was agin perfect. The only problem was that the drainage
in our shower was a little slow. A small problem with one of the waiters at breakfast (should change his carrer)would definately come again." |

| "A really lovely hotel, an oasis from the bustle of Venice. There's nothing to top the experience of a trip on the launch at night with the wind in your hair, with st. marks as a backdrop! I had been concerned about the convenience of the launch service, but it was a very punctual, frequent, fast service and much more pleasant than a long walk or water bus ride. The interior of this hotel is very opulent, cosy and relaxing though the corridors are huge and can be a little sterile. Lovely breakfast, great service, I would really recommend this hotel." |

| "No, it's not cheap but well worth the price. The facilities are gorgeous. The included breakfast is spectacular. We loved the turn down service which includes placing slippers (hotel provided) next to the bed. The concierge is very helpful. Ask there for a free tour of a Murano glass workshop. It comes with a sales pitch in the end but it's easy enough to say no to the items.
The trip to and from the hotel is novel at first but could get tiresome after the second day. If you like to go back to the hotel three to four times each day, or if you like to be within easy reach of the hotel after one too many drinks with dinner, this may not be ideal." |
