| "I have never heard of a 'semi-room'. I know now. It's a VERY tiny room, NOT for two people unless they are an intimate couple. It was a nice place, seemed more for business people. Not very many emedities. Free internet was great though. They did not speak english well at all, so very hard to get anything accomplished. Nice area if you like clothes shopping. " |

| "Good location (about 10mn walk from railway station and 5mn to 10mn walk from city center).
PC with internet available in the lobby for 100 yen / 10minutes.
Our room have been upgraded for free.
To be noted that Canal City center seems very quiet in the evening (few persons in both shops and restaurants) " |
