| "Upon first arrival, the hotel does not look very nice. It has an older look, although, they seem to be remodeling right now. The rooms, however, were nicer than we expected from our first impressions. We were placed in a corner room that was actually very spacious by Japanese standards. We had 2 rooms and one had been updated and one had not. We had difficulty finding a taxi that knew where the hotel was even though it was not that far from the Hakata train station. The breakfast included with the room was very nice and the restaurant served a nice american dinner for a reasonable price. Asia Rooms made it very easy to make the reservation since I was not that familiar with the area." |

| "This is a basic business hotel with no frills and small rooms, but it is clean, well-run and the staff is excellent and extremely helpful. It's a great value and perfect for those who don't want to spend a lot for a decent place to stay. " |

| "Good location 5 minute walk from JR Hakata station and subways, had to upgrade to deluxe room for 400Y more a night in order to get in-room internet access, room needs a little sprucing up, adjustable thermostat, fridge, good breakfast, coin laundry open 24hrs" |

| "Good location (betwen Hakata station and Nakasu-Canal City and not far from Tenjin entertainment district)and enjoyable restaurant are the best things about this hotel.
For this low price, the rooms are clean and comfortable, though a little small.
This could be great if there were more services for customers, like an internet access." |
