| "Very friendly, helpful staff. They answered all of my questions and researched what they didn't know to help me to the best of their ability. Room was small but fine for a single person. Towels and toiletries were restocked. The location was fantastic." |

| "I enjoyed my stay and the room was a bit small but clean and comfortable.
Location was perfect and the staff was friendly and spoke ok English.
If i return to Fukuoka i will stay there again. " |

| "I was having difficulty connecting my computer because i didn't carry a standard power cord used in Japan..however this lady with glasses(very impressively fluent in Korea) at the front desk was very helpful showing me kindly with a map to get to the electronics shop..very helpful..i was very thankful." |
