"Our stay was not to stay in a hotel room, but to see the sites and visit family. The room we had, 2701 was extreemly functional at fit us well...especially liked the price and the staff were outstanding. Also liked the location to Hakata Station."

"The room was really really small and the toilet didn't work properly. The room smell was awfull and it felt more like staying in a lowest-class cabin on the boat though it should be a hotel. So can only recommend for budget travellers!"

"Very good location , subway exit just next to hotel entrance. Room is clean and quiet. Breakfast is not buffet, only Japanese style. I didn't try it. "

"Except for room is too small, location is good, very convenient to go other place.Breakfast is delicious."

"Only had an overnight stay en route to airport but was more than adequate for station connection to the airport and also plenty of eating places within easy walking distance. Breakast is typical Japanese - rice, soup etc. but there was coffee and orange juice as well. Bathroom is small but fine for doing the needful."

"It was completely fine. The service was adequate, the room was clean and well-furnished, and the complimentary breakfast was GREAT."

"This hotel is great if you understand Japanese business hotels. Convenience was A#1. However, the bathroom seemed a little smaller than usual and the desk chair could not be pulled out all the way because of the desk. The free use of the lobby computer worked out well and the staff was always friendly."

"The location of this hotel is very convenient. It is so near to the subway/train station and not far from the airport. The staff were so helpful and able to speak good English, very easy to communicate with them. The room is clean and tidy but a bit small which is quite common in Japan. Toiletries were very good, especially the face cleansing faom and the shower sponge. I enjoyed very much of the breakfast and my stay in this hotel. "

"First of all the location is perfect. Everything is walking distance...Facilities well maintained, the size of the room is just right, but the shower room is a little bit small for average american (well what do you expect) The staff "wow" they are really nice and helpfull , service was great...I will absolutely stay in this hotel again."

"The location was fabulous. It was less then 1 minute walk from Hakata Station and leaving the next morning we walked to Hakata JR station via a underground passage was right outside the side entrance of the hotel. Breakfast the next day was good..full Japanese breakfast, if a little busy, and chock full of people getting started at 7am on Sunday morning. Staff at the lobby spoke great English and checking in was super quick due to using Asia Rooms ahead of time. The room itself was too hot the whole night and it didn't get much cooler with the AC on or the window open. Very quiet room, if a tad bit old and worn, but not much..it's just the the picture of the hotel made me think otherwise.. Don't know if it's worth the 10,800 Yen, but based on location alone, maybe.."
