| "Room size is considerably big compared to the same standard of hotel that we stayed in Sapporo and Osaka.
It is not in the best location, however, Hakodate is a small city so it is not difficult to get around. Hotel is old and needs refurbishing. The airport shuttle stops at the doorstep which makes travelling to airport very convenient. " |

| "We stayed there for 2 days and have a triple room. The room is very clean and is adequate for the 3 of us. The staff are friendly and can speak English quite well. The location is good as it is within 10 minutes walk to the West Bay area where food and shopping are plenty. The Airport Limousine Bus stops right in front of the hotel. Its also within 3 minute walk to a street car station where you can go to practically every parts of Hakodate. The best is the breakfast that was provided with good spread of Japan and international selection.
Overall we are very please with the hotel" |

| "although the facility was basically clean, it was definitely in need of some updating and thorough overall cleaning. The room was adequate in size to accommodate three poeple. The bathroom was small with limited counter space although ahd a clothesline for drying hand wash. The breakfast, include in the price, was quite good with a variety of both Japanese and wetern choices. The location was a bit far from the train station encessitating taking wither a taxi (730 yen) or bus. However, the hotel was in walking distance of the mountain tram and a variety of sight seeing attractions. I have to say the hotel also had the most comfortable pillows I experienced on our entire trip to Japan. Overall, we were staisfied with our stay." |

| "Very enjoyable stay . . . we arrived late evening and the restaurant made us an excellent western style meal. About a Y600 taxi run from the Station.
No complaints at all. JAL standard was good." |

| "This is a nice little hotel.
The location is close to the Hakodate Ropeway station (only about 15 min walk), and also close to a street car station (5 min walk).
There is a shuttle from Hakodate airport, so that is a plus as well.
It is quite clean and the staff are nice." |
