| "I thought I had requested a room with twin beds but were given a double, maybe it was my error, we were asked to pay another 4000 Yen per night to get the 2 beds. After discussion the desk manager gave us a discount of 2000Y per night. Why was a twin room more expensive than a double?" |

| "We enjoyed the hotel and the food in the french restaurant. The only problem we had is when we ordered in our room shaitso massage for my wife and myself andthis was performed by two women. This was not perforned to the usual standard and actually was not performed at all as shiatso and in fact we got the impression that this type of treatmenr is not done there but when we asked to do it when ordering it they said that they can do it.
In fact it was not on the treatment menu and it was not performed correctly and professionaly.
Thanks
Benny Ben-dror" |

| "I love this hotel. We were greeted warmly by their reception. Then a staff member is assigned to take us to the room. Showing us where is what.
This Hotel has big rooms with full supplies of room necessity. You can literally arrive empty handed. There's room wear, hot spring wear available. All toiletries like shampoo, soap, towels are provided.
The hotel is just by Lake Ashi and it's simply romantic. Food is expensive, almost double that in Tokyo hotels. But the ambience is great. The place is pretty remote but they provide free transport from Odawara Station (Odakyu Line). It's a great place to relax.
Hot spring is also available. It's simply haven!" |

| "For the amount that I am paying, I would say it is worth it! I didn't expect the room is so big, clean and nice! Even though I have stay in a couple of Prince hotels before (including Tokyo), I must say this is the best so far. The room has a fantastic view and I love it very much. The hotel is just next to an aquarium and beside the famous Ashi lake (one of the 5 Fuji lake where you can take a cruise). The only 2 things I would like the hotel to improve is to have more choices for restaurant for dinner, and to have the buses to go to the hotel more frequently." |

| "Fantastic Hotel in a very nice location. Nice sized room for Japan, comfortable bed and very clean. Most staff spoke English well and were only too happy too help with our requestes, they also held our baggage after checkout while we continued to explore the Hakone Region. We would certainly stay here again and would highly recommend!!!" |

| "We stayed at the Price Hakone after 5 busy days in Tokyo, it was a perfect place for relaxing and unwind all the hectic activities in Tokyo. The hotel location is not exactly convenient but the hotel has the best view of the area and it is so beautiful. The onsen facilities in hotel was very luxury, room was spacious and service is great. highly recommended for any tourist who wants to try onsen and see the scenery side of japan. very romantic for couples." |

| "Prince is a very nice hotel, clean, good bathroom and excellent onsen. A little isolated and will require taxi to get to and from Moto Hakone. However, there is a small shopping arcade there at the hotel site with some dining facilities." |

| "Hakone Prince is in a great location if you are looking for isolation and relaxation. If you want to tour the area - it may be more difficult than hotels that are closer to the villages at the ends of the lake. The Lakeside Annex is a bit more aged and the main Prince hotel facility is very nice.
Prices at the restaurants attached to the Hakone Prince are very high - but food is good." |
