"My husband and I stayed a few nights here over the Christmas holiday and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean and well decorated and the staff was amazing. The people here were very helpful and friendly and helped us have a great time. The rooms are a decent size with comfortable beds and the lounge area is great with a cozy fireplace a social bar and comfortable seats. I highly recommend this place to anyone going to Hakuba."

"We had a wonderful stay; so good we sent others from our family a few weeks later. Service was very professional but friendly and low-key. The lodge is small enough that we felt part of the group but no obligation to socialise if we were too tired. Very clean, fresh rooms. Bathrooms tiny but hey - it goes with the country. Very close to restaurants, shops and of course the lifts. "
