| "This is a really beautiful hotel, with excellent service and very comfortable beds! The only disappointment was that there is an additional charge to use the swimming pool, which I felt should have been included in the room price." |

| "Stayed for 2 nights while we visited Hiroshima. Spectacular view from our room over the Castle and City.
Easily accessible from the tram stop via the underground passages.
Staff very helpful.
Great Value - would pay twice as much for a hotel of this standard in the UK" |

| "The hotel is clean and location is fantastic. Decor is very dated and rooms are small. Buffet breakfast was very very average and service was poor. We only stayed 1 night (and that was enough!) to see the major sites in Hiroshima and if your after a hotel for a day of sightseeing then this would be fine. If however you are staying for a few days, I would recommend looking somewhere else. " |

| "very happy with this hotel. horishima is a lovely city, very easy to get around with the tram and cheap using a day pass.
hotel breakfast was very good, location was excellent, walked to castle, then to japanese garden, and to peace park.
walk to bus terminal next door to catch bus to kobe.
