Would I stay at this location
again:

No way!
Very efficient staff - nice & clean Room is small (like all Tokyo Hotels) Big problem with Air Conditioning - it's incredibly closed & claustorphobic in the room. Small room, can't open the window & no matter what temperature you select, hot air comes out of the Air Con. Was like a steam bath even though I went in the middle of winter & it was 7 degrees celcius outside most days (= about 43 Fahrenheit) while I was there making it incredibly hard to sleep. Was informed that while in winter the Air Conditioners are all set to hot (& they are really hot) & then in Summer they're all set to cool I just couldn't survive another few days there
