"Excellent location (near to JR station and other train/subway stations, 7eleven, supermarket, restaurants..). Simple hotel, no extra facilities but good value for money. "

"A decent hotel at a reasonable price. The room was comfortable. Its 3-4 mins walk to the JR kobe station. I will recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Kobe."

"THe room was VERY tiny but the internet connection worked, the lighting was good, and the refrigerator worked so we could have a cold beer at night. THe 7/11 on the ground floor had an international ATM which worked. God location."

"Ecellent location near JR station. Breakfast included in price - wide choice of both Japanese and Continental food. Room was a decent size - would definitely stay again."

"For travellers using a JR Rail Pass, this hotel is located across the road from JR Kobe station. The breakfast is great, western and Japanese buffet style. The staff are very helpful, even if you don't speak Japanese."

"Great location near JR Kobe (not Shin-Kobe), friendly staff, bad odor in room from previous tenant smoking and toilet use, can't open window or adjust AC to circulate air to remove smell from toilet, room not so clean but bed is nice, excellent free high speed internet, fridge, good breakfast, but not as good as at other Chisun hotels, 7-11 downstairs very convenient"

"The rooms here were of a pretty good size, we even had a couch and a table in our room. The location was not to far from the Shin Kobe station, but a little difficult to find at first. All in all a good Hotel and great value for money."

"The rooms had been recently redone, and were average size for a Japanese business hotel. Parking is limited, (an additional 2000 yen), and if you are not lucky enough to get parking in the basement, roughly 15 spots, the annex parking is a good ten minute walk. No internet. All you can eat dinner and breakfast. Both really good. Good shops and dining within 2~3 minutes walk. Large grocery store next door and 7-11 convenience store on the ground level."

"Our room was basic (smallish) but clean. A downside was that there wasn't an easy way to adjust the room temperature. The heating system was up too high, there was no thermostat in the room to lower the heat and the windows were sealed shut. Our only recourse was to turn the air off, which provided a little relief. However our friends' room stayed hot even with the air turned off. I asked the front desk if they could lower the heat and the answer was no, they couldn't. I had also hoped for a hotel closer to Sannomiya. This hotel was a long walk or a train ride away from the main action. On the positive side, the breakfast selection (included w/ room) was excellent and there was a Seven Eleven downstairs that conveniently forwarded our baggage to our next destination. "
