| "Excellent service and location. Breakfast well done, buffet style. Numerous eateries inside and adjacent to the hotel complex. JR train also close. Only recommendation would be to educate front desk staff. At check in they requested payment notwithstanding my presentation of the Voucher, which by the way is still in my possession. I had to make several attempts to explain the reservation was pre-paid. Three agents participated in the check in, and finally they accepted my assurances. The front end is obviously not up to speed on your Vouchering process. " |

| "Absolutely can't fault this place - the location is fantastic (JR Kobe station), the staff were lovely and the room was very comfortable and clean. Harborland is a great place to wander around the shops in, and the hotel is right next to several big malls. I can't comment on the breakfast because we ate at a nearby cafe every morning instead, but it's one of the better hotels I've stayed in.

| "We have a very good rest at the New Otani Harborland after a hard days' tour in Kobe! Our room got a harbor view, nearby to major attractions and department stores, they are connected to the hotel with bridges or tunnel. The JR and subway stations are a stone throw away from the hotel. The service is good, room is in the right size and we'll come back again!" |

| "I have stayed here 3 times now and will always stay here if in Kobe.
Very close to everything.
All staff speak good english.
Only bad thing was they spilt bleach on my 1 day old shirt and were only able to refund half the cost....
Still vote this place 10/10!!" |
