Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff and very clean and modern rooms - will definitely being staying there again when we go back to Kyoto!

| "My stay at the Monterey Hotel Kyoto was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, the service is first class and the location is excellent. The room was beautifully appointed, breakfast was filling and tasty with a good variety of food. The hotel also had internet on the ground floor for much better value than the nearby Kinkos. Transport (bus and trains) were within a few minutes walk and the downtown shopping district was also within walking distance. The spa was also very luxurious. While the Monterey is a little expensive, you certainly get what you pay for and I would recommend the Monterey Hotel MKyoto to anyone. " |
