| "The location is quite good, the staff although they only spoke a little English were very helpful. The hotel is quite new (Jul 2008) and very clean.
The rooms were standard size for Japanese Hotels, but were very comfortable.
I would definitely stay there again." |

| "pleasantly surprised about this brand new hotel at very practicle location in the centre of Kyoto. (it is so new, taxi drivers donot know where it is!). Room is not big, but we thought very comfortable and perfectly suited to our need and expectation. Reception is nicely styled, big and clean and soon you feel at home. Free internet in the lobby was very much appreciated." |

| "Brand-new hotel, but double room is hardly large enough for one person (160 cm bed). Staff is very friendly, but communication in English was cumbersome. Most likely the hotel is designed for Japanese people, not for tourists." |
