| "Overall a very nice stay. The only disadvantage is that the hotel is a bit out of the way of any busy area. The bus station is very close though, so if you don't mind taking the bus, you are quickly at the station or another major intersection.
Staff is very friendly and service overall very good. The restaurant serves very tasty dishes, though a bit on the expensive side." |

| "It was our first time in Japan, so I think the size of the room was a normal size there but for our taste very small. It was not possible to see this on a photo. I would wish that the hotels would write the size of the rooms before. As I am suffering a bit in small places I had to get used to. What I really appreciated is the very good cleaning service in this hotel. The only problem we had was with the reception. they did not understand english. If you as a hotel are dealing with international guests you have to speak some english. It led to misunderstandings. 2 of the reception staffs were very unfriendly with us when we were leaving the hotel. but the staff in the hotel bar were friendly." |

| "Good hotel, not cheap, but the location is not ideal for sightseeing. Walkable from the trainstation, but not convenient to the trainstation and not real close to any subway stop. The staff was wonderful, we found that to be the case everywhere we went in Japan. Overall, we chose this hotel because the places targeted at tourists were full at the time (when the cherry blossoms were coming out) and we were treated well and had a nice room." |
