Very Good value for a business / budget style of hotel. Excellent location within 5 min walk of the station and the main shopping area. Good breakfast also.
The room was small as you'd expect in Japan and hadn't been refurbished recently. Clean though." |

| "The hotel lobby was beautiful and the location of the hotel was extremely convenient. The hotel had a nice parking garage and the men who operated the car elevator were very nice. The lobby was filled with stunning floral arrangements and smelled wonderful. The front desk staff were exceptional. The answered all the questions we had, gave us maps and directions and tried to make our stay the best possible. They were GREAT!!
The lobby was exquisite, the rooms however were slightly lacking for what we paid for. The size of the room was fine and it was very clean. We stayed in the winter and because of that our room was well heated when we arrived. The problem was though that the room became too warm and we could not cool it down to a comfortable temperature. The cool air we were able to turn on was minimal and we could not open a window. Sleeping was a little difficult in a room that was so warm. The only other complaint we had was our shower. The shower head made the water shoot everywhere. We had the most difficult time trying to take a shower and the shower curtain was much too short to catch all the spraying water.
Despite these problems with the room, the hotel was very nice. The front desk staff and customer service of everyone involved with the hotel made up for anything the hotel itself lacked. It was a little expensive to stay here, but I would recommend it, particularly for couples. Also, on a side note, we absolutely loved the beer bar connected to the hotel. " |
